Speed bump in the middle of Manik Mia

i thik its 1 of the crowded roads in dhaka...u got lotz of schools and universities there including resturants....so ppl do need to slow down...so i would say its a good thing...beside i might be wrong coz i didnt visited dhaka since 2001. :blue_neutral:

Same question,last time I went,there were no speed bumps..
