I have lots of room in the book plus the back. This is what an aussie guy did to his commodore (car). My car is similar to this on except my one is two series after this.

It's relatively cheap. It can plan MP3, WMA, CD etc which is basically what I want. Now for the speakers, I prefer Xplodes - they are going at cheap prices here. Subwoofer would have to be MTX or JL as Zoheb suggested. Amps - well maybe JBL too.

I will get it fitted at the car shop because as you know I don't know anything about car audios/installing them.

No I only looked at Sony, Pioneer and Kenwood. I havent looked at Clarion and Alpine which I like. The Sony was is the most affordable one for me right now. It's only $AUS 269.

I spoke to Strathfield cars/radios and they said they will do it for a minimum of $1500 + $ 200 installation cost (depending on what I choose).

Hey maybe you should ask them, if they can connect the IPOD too. That would be even better.

Everyone seems to have an MP3 player thes days. I was thinking about purchasing one for my self since I retired my CD MP3 player (I gave it to my sister! :blue_lol; ). But if she buys it (IPOD) before me then I won't buy it.

Normally would the IPOD connection wire (to the CD/MP3 tuner of your car) be different from other MP3 players such as the creative zen, i river etc?
