windows officially names windows longhorn - windows vista. longhorn sounded far better. there'll b a beta1 release soon and they say it'll b available by 3rd Aug. Beta 2 is expected in early 2006, with the final next generation Windows release expected by the end of next year.

y did he have to change the name. i have the trial version installed in my pc. It's awesome. But it's only valid for 3 months.

longhorn sounded better. i think they'll bring up several versions with the codename longhorn. thats wat their plan is most likely.

i also think the longhorn name was betta sounds some kind of sounds bcuz of da name horn :blue_lol; and this vista name seems somewhat a powerful machines name :quesexclaim:

I don't think it's out yet GTI, but you could have update your system by using the link provided bt h.funk now you can't anymore. So i was woundering if anybody has the link for free update.
