




3.5 liter V6, 306 hp, 268 lb-ft of torque........The previous engine carried a 2006 rating of 298 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque......This doesn't look like much of an increase. However, the old power numbers were published before the Society of Automotive Engineers instituted it's new and more stringent rating system, which means the output disparity between the old and new is actually bigger.
btw, the new G35 Sedan does 0-60 in 5.2 secs and 1/4 mile in 13.9 secs, whereas the older one used to do 0-60 in 5.9 secs and 1/4 mile in 14.6 secs.
The G35 Coupe stays unchanged for 2007........but it will get a new shape and engine for the 2008 model year.
