i was thinking ... how do u drop a ride about 2 or three inches... sitting here in dhaka where u cant get proper springs and shocks....

) camber looked kinda cool like the wheels were slanted with the bottom being slightly outwards, but i was also wondering if you need special tires to run a car with that kind of camber settings... cos i think they'll wear out from the inside, again i have absolutely no idea in this field so ne advice wud be helpfull.

definitely NOT. the camber settings of +ve or -ve only effect the angle of the tire. So basically its how much ur tire points inwards or outwards from the vertical. This has nothing to do with lowering your car, on the other hand after lowering your car....u can play around the camber settings, but once again, for everyday driving...this is not necessary. If you want to lower your car, but dont wanna spend a fortune you can very easily just change the springs, but not the shocks. Springs are very cheap, even good quality ones, and this can actually be done as a DIY. There are plenty of tutorials all over the net. Another way of lowering your car..not recommended, because it will destroy ride comfort is to cut 1-2 coils off your springs. In western countries this is illegal, and will get your car defected, but in BD...hell anything goes.
I lowered my car using Bilstein springs and Gas shocks($1300). All around it was lowered 2".
In australia it is possibe to order a decent set of springs for the front and back for around A$200- thats about Tk10000...not much at all. So if u are serious about lowering your car..order the part, get it parceled in, and then fit it yourself, or get it done in any workshop...its not a very difficult job.

-ve camber is when the bottom of the wheel is further out than the top when looking at the car from the front or rear. just like the rear wheels of any BMW. +ve camber is just the opposite.
best way to lower is with aftermarket springs, and like LEX said, cutting your springs can be done, but not the safest option.

Honestly dont bother with (-) or (+) chambers. UNLESS you have small size mags and willing to change tyres every 6 months.
Reason being it will only ear on the inside or outside tread. Bit hard to explain but if you are worried about not busting your pocket then dont bother.
Just lower your car with as close to 0 chamber support.
