any wheel shop in dhaka sells aftermarket wheels?

just wondering if there is any wheel shop in dhaka who sells aftermarket wheels and rubbers for instance, 17" with 245/60 rubbers or 18" with 215/35 rubbers and also deals with lowering the ride height without chopping the spring off (i mean if they're able to reset the spring).... their avarage selling price of those mentioned wheels with rubbers.. etc. any info will be much appriciated.

easy to get? i mean is that from shops or private sale? and how much? any rough idea? ..... anyways.. thanks sakin
