I don't get it. why do most of you guys hesitate to read anything thats in Bengli?

if you were never taught Bengali in school then its fine.

was he born and grown up there and later came to bangladesh? or just his family background is pakistani?does he communicates in english with you all when you have a chit chat beside this forum? akhter may be an exception but what about others then like tamzeed said?

zombie..we dont read it coz people like me grew up outside our homeland all of our lives. you should be thankful that we still pay attention to what is happening in our country instead of critisizing the ones that cant read bengali

akhter was born in pakistan. he is originally pakistani. all generations of his family are pakistani.he is in this country because his Mother is the Press Minister of Pakistan. SO HOW WOULD YOU EXPECT HIM TO SPEAK BANGLA OR READ IT?

zombie n tamzeed ....im pakistani was born in pakistan...brought up dere..n in some other parts of the world n for the past about 3 yrs ive been in ur country...how 2 u xcept some1 to read bangla if he has never known abt this language before!!...

By the way,for verification,Akhter did not say he does not want to read "BANGLA",he asked for a translation,by saying "What does it say".
That statement does not, IN ANY WAY,say that he does not want to read bangla.
Iv read these kind of personal related posts in many many threads. I look forward to no more of these kind.Not a single one in this thread as well. Enough is enough!
