end of a 15 yrs old affair.....

It was a sunny day in 1991 when we bought a black 1985 toyota Corolla. Its been with us since then. Its been with us in our bad days, i survived when my parents sold our other cars. But now its gone. My dad had a major accident last saturday in Bandarbon. Dad is alright. The car returned yesterday. I was expecting tht it might be possible to rapair. When i saw the car, i was shcoked and looked at it for long 30mins. The front is gone my old 8Valve engine gone, no sign of mainfold or distributor or any other parts. I wanted it to reapir. But no one in my family wants to repair it and might be write it off. Its the end of a 15 yrs long affair. So many nice memories with it. mamories like smoking Infinite M35 in ctg highway, my first driving from dhaka to bandarbon and back, alone, keeping up with Vicky's B16B integra, attending many rallies, even my first and only date.. i'll try to take pic if i get tht strenth to look it again.

sorry for the end of the long affair, all we can do us hope for a brand new affair.....keep your heart open and glad to know your dad is safe....the old gal protected though it did not survive....

Very sorry to hear that Sakin. I know how it feels to see ur car wrecked....moreover u had lots of memories with it in the past 15 years. But it's good to know that no one was injured. Health is more important than the car.

I am keeping tht wreck in my garage, as i had plan for keeping him for my whole life. going through 'ladies'..... bt have not found any thing good till now.
