Did anyone spot a Rolls Royce with yellow number plates??

One of my friend saw a black Rolls Royce with yellow number plates in Banani infront of S.S.Inn.. He is not much into cars so he couldnt figure out which model was it.. Really confusing.. Because i know there are only 3 Rolls Royce in the country.. A Silver Seraph , A Silver Ghost and A Silver Spirit..

I have spotted it. Its dark blue in colour. And it's yellow plated(DA-KA ga-010)

i spotted a very old rolls royce a few times with yellow plates when i was in dhaka... some chinese ppl were in the car... prolly it is a diplomats car...

Then why didnt we knew it before?? Btw those yellow plates were just painted.. Confirmed that it didnt belong to diplomats..

I saw that car too... very old late 70's or early 80's Rolls Royce , I may be wrong I do not follow Rolls.... but the color is BROWN or more like Coffee , not blue or black...and yes its yellow plates with KA-GA 010 or whatever weird number plate it had......
