in theory- its possible to outrun a good rider if a kids drivin the windom n the other guy a \corrolla in the airport- but in practical-concerning all the traffic in the air port road nowadays it trully takes real driving skills to drive therte- so iguess in there the more experienced rider will outrun the windom........

racing depends on both......the car and the driver......but i think it depends on the driver more.
With my Honda Accord, I can beat a 80 year old man with a Ferrari.....right? so it depends on the driver....well, not just the driver's age but also the driver's skills. even in a straight line doing drag races.... u'll still need skills to outrun ur opponent...a good car won't just help u...u'll have to be a good shifter to make ur car run faster. I have a 96 honda accord with 145 hp. its an automatic transmission......so i really don't need to worry abt my shifting skill. I raced this 99 Prelude with 200 hp.....it was a manual transmission. I was leading the race till 80 mph(128.74 kph), after that he passed me......if he was a better shifter, then he could have blown me easily in the beginning. I pushed my pedal all the way down, and i saw him going a lil behind in every shift....but after 80 mph my acceleration started to slow down and he beat me at the end.....he won the race anyway, but he couldn't smoke me... if he was a better driver, he could have beat the sh!t outta me.
so there u go......the conclusion is both the car and the driver's skills is important.....but the driver's skill is a lil more important than the car.
