The only thing Toyota has is big budget. The car was never good enough. And Ralf and Trulli are not as good as they seem. Ralf was overpaid when Frank Williams wanted to slash his salary to half he went to Toyota. And Trulli got pink slipped in the middle of the season by Briatore (even after he won Monaco GP) cause he lacks motivation. You can write off Toyota for the first half of the season with no questions asked.

Honda bought half of BAR, They will fully take over soon. EU has a large tobacco ban coming up, so compaines like British American Tobacco (who owned BAR) are moving out.

in some races you cannot advertise the tobacco, they just go with the colour theme but no logos. tobacco will be out, i am thinking now IT companies and softdrink manufacturers. Red Bull is in.

McLaren got Johnnie Walker I think.
In EU the rule from summer will be you can't advertise tobacco at all. The problem is outside EU, cars go full force with tobacco advertising. They are still trying to figure out wheter it'll be an issue if they show cars on tv with tobacco advertising on.

Thats only Qualifying 1. You need to average out the Q2, and nothing is final till the race is over.

Well looks like the 2nd Qual didn't really change anything. I'm pretty sure Trulli will drift back. As long as ferrari does not gain too many spots..
