I think, he wants to get a non-functional system (empty cylinder) to show off and not for performance, right?
I paid US$750 for my Cold Fusion Nitrous Wet Kit including shipping from USA to Dhaka by UPS.
Once my kit arrived in Dhaka, I had to pay US$500 equivalent money as customs tax for one kit after negotiation with them.
Now to get two kits, the total cost will be at least US$1400 inc. shipping, plus customs tax to be settled by you.
From my personal expecience I know that you cant get two kits for any less!
So are you really up for it Plasma Events?
