if they are really keeping the car in port then they are probably waiting to gather the duty amount and plus they are paying the wharf-rent every month.. im sure they know the rules better then you. Please dont ever try to teach me.. @ Abdul

This thing needs to stop here. If the owner's of the cars don't have any headech then why are we talking about it here and starting fights???? when the car rolls in the streets then we can talk about it. there is no need to insult anybody for a stupid matter. so please guys...end this right here.

lol abdul im just trying to explain you. thats it.. you still keep on saying no they are keepin the cars in the port to lower the tax.. this is not possible.. this is stupid.. biliv me if you tell this to a importer he'll die laughing and a guy like faisal morshed khan kept his car in the port to lower the tax ? this is a big joke.. the bottom line is there is no rule that says if you keep your car for a certain time than the tax will be lowered.. sorry there is no such rule..
