yes you are infact correct in calling the b/f an Ape.

You see, girls always look for a back up plan, and rite now you are on your way towards becoming her back up plan.

If she indeed is truly beautiful by the way you described, then it would true that guys fall her due to her outer appearance.

Now Girls DO know whether they are beautiful, hot, exotic or not.

yes i concur with neil, do NOT involve urself deeply with a girl as she tends to be more towards the materialistic level with a slight touch of sensibility.

Anionz and Neil I think that she is not getting enough attention from her bf that is why she is probably keeping me as a "backup" incase the ape decides to screw it up.

You are right, most girls are materialistic I guess. She asked me what I do, what my dad does etc. She complemented me on how nice our house is. She seemed very impressed. I believe that could be one aspect of her liking me other than my general self. Compared to most Bangladeshi guys she says I am good as I am not in it for a one night stand or some fun like the Bangali ape she calls a bf.

I don't want to get emotionally attached because I know what it feels like if it doesnt work out. My definition of "working out" means marriage. I got emotionally attached to my first love and it took a lot out of my life when we broke up. I never want to repeat the same mistake again.

Let me take it slowly. I SMS'ed her last night saying that I was sorry for behaving so harshly and that I still want to be her friend and chat.

She has not replied back yet. So I guess either she wants to let it cool for a while or I guess my last chance is over. I would like to think it was the first option. Let us see what Allah has planned for me.

But seriously I see many Bangali girls. I feel sorry for them because they are going about things the wrong way. I feel like I could help them, I personally have a huge problem with other Bangladeshi girls going out with foreign non Muslim men. Call me a traditionalist but thats me. I like the old style and I want to mould my gf like that. I am not in it for the faltu business as life is short so I try to be a good Muslim, good Bangladeshi, good son and good lover.

The reason I want a gf in the first place is that she will make me want to live my life one more day. Everyday that I will wake up I will have a target to make my life successful. If you have someone to love, someone that loves you back you have a reason to strive to succeed in life. It gives you stability in your job, in your family, in your mind and in your characteristics as a man. It makes you a man really. I just want that. :)

Na ami already dhorey nisi je she is not mine. I don't have her so if I don't have something I can't lose it. So no big deal because if I get emotionally attached ultimately I will be the one in trouble if I don't succeed.
