btw, Lakshmi Mittal....the Indian businessman living in UK was not even in the top 10 list last year....infact he was way way behind in the rich ppl's list...but he added $18.8 billion to his net worth in one year and the total came to $25 billion.....which made it easy for him to take the 3rd place in the current list of richest ppl in the world......can u believe that? $18.8 billion in one year? he also owns the world most expensive home.....his home is worth 128 million dollars. which he made/bought b4 this tremendous increase in his asset.

This Forbes edition of the worlds richest has created a buzz in the uae. so much so that there was an article on the newspaper. what happened is that uae is claiming that there are at least 50 billionaires in the uae alone. now look at it this way. the population is 4 million. uae also has the highest per capita millionaires.
