New Driving License in 3 weeks.... help!

Guys, I need to get my cousin a driving license within 3 weeks max. Hez reasy to spend a reasonable amount and is ready to give driving tests if required.... so what do you think? is there a way to get it this fast? help me out here.... :blue_question:

nope ur cousin can get the bd driver's license as fast as 1 month 1 week. No1 does aster than that. I can give u da contacts who can hep you out. His name is akhter bhai. U tell me if u want then i'll give his contacts to u.
