we are up NORTH in Dallas. So luckily we would be unaffected by RITA...

the entire highway-45 from houston to DALLAS has been made one way...

since all the ppole from houston are evacuating...

It will probably hit by Saturday.. well gas price is going way up this time.. and Thanks GTI VR6 for your concern... at this time we r not in danger... hope the situation won't effect the economy of North Texas.. Wish us luck guys...

Rita will hit Saturday,.. So nothing is damaged yet and we don't know what will get damaged.... so we will just wait for it to happen...

just talked with my chachu who lives in Houston, they moved to Austin last night to my cuzin's place. still very much worried about their home. it took me 6 hours to reach them on the phone. hope everybody from that area is safe and sound. i do have lot of friends who lives in Houston area, couldn't reach them, but hope they are in a safe place.

Gti -- thanks and everybody else for looking after us... i think it will effect the people in houston... i think we are in safe hand. hope it dosent make that much damage to hoouston people...thanks guys...

Good to know that all the DTD members in Texas are safe and sound. Hope that this hurricane Rita becomes weak by the time it hits Texas and not be able to damage much. Hope this doesn't become something like Katrina.

Dallas is Safe with only light rain...
