As long as you are a member on this site/forum, you have to obey everything written on this post without question. The services provided within the drivetimedhaka domain is not your RIGHT, it is a PRIVILEGE.
Rule #2
Never question a DTD crew's (admins/mods) decision, requests or orders, as long as they are site related. If you've to argue, then please do it in a rational, civil manner. Any member found supporting a spammer against a DTD crew will be dealt just as harshly.
Rule #3
Usage of language: We're very lenient on provocative terms used on the site. We're not here to run social campaigns on values, at the same time neither are we here to promote arrogance and delinquency. But, we would like to stress though, try to keep conversation as clean as you can. Posts are much better read to unknown people like that. (refer to rule #8 for more rules on obscene terms)
Rule #4
Racism, We have ZERO tolerance for racism. Any racist remarks found by members will result in a ban.
Rule #5
Flaming and Abuse: Flaming and abuse will be allowed if used moderately. Depends on mods discretion. Again, use it with caution and try to keep it among friends. Flaming and any forms of abuse towards DTD site crew will result in a ban.
Rule #6
Spam: single word replies or single smiley replies are not allowed(i.e lol, oic, okay, etc). They are severely discouraged and will be deleted on sight. Post whoring or post hijacking are also deemed as spam and severely discouraged.
Rule #7
Multies and puppets: Impersonation is a CYBER CRIME. Impersonating someone else is catagorised as CYBER STALKING and it is a criminal offense. Faking identities or creating multiple user ids for (but not restricted to) the purpose of flaming, is not allowed on this forum. If found user will be deleted along with a permanent ban on the puppeteer. A IP log will be sent to the offending ISP and to the local legal concerning body dealing with cyber law.

Any members using these following words in repetitive posts in the gallery/forum will be BANNED without prior notice. Disallowed words does not restrict to only the following but all forms of ebonics or terms which are not in the common lexicon.

Rule #9
Off Topic: Don't drift/sway/swagger/lean from a thread topic. It's very annoying. IF YOU MUST then put OFF TOPIC: or OT: in front of your reply. People found drifting too often will be banned. Ban time will be on mods discretion.
Rule #10
Attachments: A lot of ppl are still on dial up; If you're posting multiple images, except the initial picture post the rest with the "url" link. Or, if you're using "imageshack.us" as your image bank, bring it in as thumbnails.
Consequences:
Mild: Post deletion and PM warning
Moderate: Public humiliation on open forums; 24hr - 1 week ban;
Severe:1yr - permanent ban.
Public Humiliation:
In moderate or severe cases of offences by a user, admins and mods may put up a post in the open forums humiliating the offending user. Other members are encouraged to participate as well in posts and signatures. Rule # 3, # 4, # 5 will be waived on regular members if used against an abusive user.
NOTE: General members willing to particpate in publicly humiliating an abusive user MUST get an approval from a site crew beforehand.
Bans:
Bans may be given out at Mod discretion
Bans will be formally recorded in the forum log.
Temporary Ban
Temporary bans can be issued by a mod upon any user based on judgement. The maximum length of a temporary ban is 48 hours.
Reason for ban will be put in a public location. USER will be sent an e-mail with ban notification.
