moderator and supermoderator does not have anything to do with the number of posts. its a priviledge given by the site owner Rezwan and the admins based on individuals

rezwan and Monk chose me as a mod -> super mod -> admin

i chose the rest with their permission of course.

the basis is that we have to like them.
