New Lotus Esprit is just 2 years away

According to Car and Driver Magazine (October Issue) the new Esprit will debut in 2008. Rumors are going around that the car will carry BMW's 4.8 liter V8, producing atleast 400 hp. The price should be around $130k.......and it will be competing against cars like Porsche 911 Turbo and the upcoming Audi R8.

actually the first sketch is based on a picture of Gallardo.
Hope that car will be light.
