Basically Evo MR and GSR are roughly the same grade. In the US market it is called the MR and in Japan its called GSR. GSR and MR are the highest grade sedan among the evo variant.
6-speed, gauge pack, aluminium roof, Bilstein monotube shocks, etc are found both in the GSR and the MR trim.

Evo GSR and MR is pretty much the same......MR is the US version and GSR is the Japanese/European version. both of them has the same engine and same gear box(6 speed)........regular Evo has a 5 speed gearbox.
GSR and MR has few differences in the looks...for example, the rims. MR comes with black rims, and GSR comes with regular silver rims. and there are probably few more differences in the looks.
btw, sometimes, the regular Evos in US are known as GSR, which is inferior to the MR..........so i don't know which GSR you were talking abt. If u meant the Japanese GSR, then it is the same thing as MR. but US version GSR is inferior to the MR and the Jap version GSR.
