hi guys

i haven't been active that much recently and now even more so as my life is taking a turn for the worst. My dad has been diagnosed with Lung Cancer. He has never smoked or drank in his life. I am in England now, hes gonna start getting chemotherapy right after the Christmas holidays.

I'd be grateful if you guys could pray for him. Its really difficult to imagine life without my dad. Please pray for him.

Really sad to hear the news rezwan. My old man had a severe heart attack a few weeks back, i know what it feels like when the whole world comes crashing down on you. I hope you're hanging strong. Drop me a line if you need anything.

Rezwan, I think I can speak on behalf of all the members of DTD that your father is in our prayers, we can only wish him a fast recovery and that god give him strength to undertake the chemo, also we understand the toll that has come to you and your family and there is nothing but support and well wishes to you from us. Since you felt that we are close enough to share such news, please keep is updated on your fathers health status. And I would like to finish this by saying that please show that you are not scared infront of your father, I think he would want you to be....It is painful to see a loved one suffer, we will all pray for his health.

haven't come to dtd for a long time and once i'm back i've just come to know nothing but such a shocking news like this!!!! i pray to the almighty that your dad will be alright soon Inshallah... i know it's hard but just try to take it easy... may Allah help you.

hi guys.. my dads undergoing chemotherapy treatment now.. so he has to go to the hospital once a week. He's strong and fairly well. We've moved to England now for atleast a couple of months.. Thanks for all ur concerns.. Appreciate it..
