Saved by the bell

I was in a horrible car accident last night. I am visiting my cousin here in Houston, TX and we were making a U turn on 6 lane highway called HGY 6 on my cousin's 2005 Mercedise E320 Sport. I was on the passengers seat. While he was making the U turn i was reading a text message. All on a sudden a big bang and before i could realize anything the side airbags deployed and brused my right hand upon impact. the other car spinned 2 times and finally stopped at least 30 feet from our car with mercedise's front bumper. Thanks to almighty god both of us walked out without seriously injured including the driver of the other car. Our mercedise is totalled. Half of the front is gone. I took some pictures will upload soon. Please pray for me guys, this year I am getting all kind of bad lucks.

Very sorry to hear that Neil.......but good to know that no one was seriously injured. by the way, how fast did the other car hit you guys? did u have to go to the hospital? Hope ur arm recovers soon from the bruises.

Thanks for the wishes guys. Well zoheb we did went to the hospital afterwards just for check up. all our bones are on the proper places. the other car was going at least 45 to 55 mph. it was a ford escort.

yeah....it looks pretty bad. but we are glad to know that no one got seriously injured, and u guys are doing fine. Life is more important than the car.

thanks for the wishes guys. Yes we were very lucky. BTW the car was replaced today. My cuzin bought brand new 2008 e350. pics are comming soon.
