The Jag XK Lightweight Coupe looks really awesome. Though it uses almost same engine like Aston Martin's AMV8 Vantage not the AMV8 GT.

awesome pics. the GT will come out on mid 2006. The AMV8 Vantage is already known by the british ppl as the most succesful rival for Porsche 911(997). The GT will have 500 bhp way more than the DB9 and Vanquish.

Yo GTI,
read the reviews in Autocar's June 2004 Issue and also April 2005's Top Gear reviews. It says everything. JC loves the AMV8 he drove. The GT is yet to be driven. It's gonna be really awesome. It's a V8 4.3 ltr supercharged producing 500 bhp, beating all da crap out of Porsche's new Turbo's claimed 475 bhp and also the F430's claimed 487bhp. But prolly the 0-60 mph acceleration of AMv8 GT will be worse than Porsce's Turbo and obviously Ferrari's.

Ferrari's acceleration is the best while Porsce's handling is better. But more power from AMV8's GT and maybe better braking like the new DB9's.

Welcome Type R you seem to know a lot about Aston Martin that sounds good.I have never heard about a DB9 GT if AM launch it this will be exciting to see how it can beat Corvette Z06,Gallardo,New 911 Turbo and F 430
