Chaser and Starlet

man!! i just saw an unbelievable race......it was between a TOYOTA CHASER and a STARLET....it took place on kamal ataturk avenue....it was so josss...they stopped exactly at a traffic stop and then burst into speed, the chaser was so quick off its start that the starlet was probabaly still pushing into 1st gear :lol:
anyways it was a cool race, obviously the chaser wonnnn....
sorry guys, i dont race quite yet but i will try to telll u guys abt the most exciting races that take place on the streets of banani.

a good friend of mine has a glanza. and it is pretty fast.

and yes, i know Type-Rs are even faster, much faster. but i still wouldn't mind seeing a race between those 2 in the streets of Dhaka.

that's the one my friend has a 98 model. i think there are 2 of those in dhaka, a black one and a silver (or white, not sure) one.

glanza is a real fast 2 dorr hatchback. It's a special Starlet model.

GLANZA is basically the sports version of starlet reflect, its got, single two mode turbo charged 16v 1.3L engine. a light car with a strong engine which makes it to have good accelertion. i had one red with 16" ROH rims. its a good car.

personally i dont like hatches... espesially the Glanza V... small car on steroids that too not much of it, where as the Civic TypeR is the benchmark of hot hatches... awsome power to go with its brilliant handling, there is no comparison between the two.

The starlet uses a 1.3L IC turbo to produce a meager 130HP

Where as the Type Rs DOHC and im not even comparing it to the new one, but the 97 type R produces 185HP with a killer redline of 8200RPMs...

some ppl mite like the tarted up Glanza... its a good car fast on the straight line, but there really is no comparison between the two hatches.
