the funnier thing to achieve, which is bigger than winning a race, is to piss those imbeciles off...

next time u observe some1 driving erraticly...

go towards them, overtake and slow them down and lock them in a way that they cant go left or right to overtake u...

they will cuss the shit outta u most prolly, but atleast u reduced the risk of danger to other motorists...

then after a while let them pass, note down the car make and model and license plate number and then...

im sure they will drive more erraticaly, so dial 911 and tell them ,

this is not an emergency but im reporting a vehicle driving erraticaly thru traffic and as a concerned citizen id like to report the car, ( u tell them where the car is heading on which highway) and request for a cruiser to go catch them..

the operator will ask ur name...
u give it and then smile...

they will get busted and u`ll name will b on the record for being a good samaritan....
