OK Guys,

Probably I'm a lot older than you guys but I am a car-nut nonetheless.

Live in Los Angeles at the moment (lived in the US for last 25 years) and have gone through all sorts of cars, BMW 3's, Miatas you name it. I like lightweight engines, smaller chassis and punchy Manual shifts, usually German (Lorinser, AMG, M class) and sometimes Japanese (Acura R, A Spec). Don't like fussy gadgets in the car.

Currently Drive an Accord (commuter car).

When Mid Life crisis officially begins I will graduate to a serious vehicle (current favourites are the BMW M3, buffed up Z4 or one of the future upgraded versions of the LEXUS IS350 or the MINI).

This is the reason I'm here -- to absorb some knowledge before I make the leap.
