the O2 sensor shoulnt really be cleaned, its best to replace it, regarding the MAF, use an electrical cleaning spray.
you having idling problem? why you wanna clean/change the maf sensor?

The AMS sits inbetween the air filter and main air intake. Its a cylindrical tube with a cap strung inside it. There's nothing to clean in it. The wire inside usu breaks causing eratic acceleration on low bands and that gets that annoying engine check light to turn on. Look inside the pipe and if the cap.'s not broken it's fine. otherwise u'd have to replace it.
If you're having fuel problem its not the AMS, its more likely a faulty fuel regulator or the pump itself. Plug it into a service mutiplexer and check.
