this time with my headphone jack. Didn't want to go to Best Buy and have it fixed by them for some 70+ dollars. So, I dug out my Sony 1 year warranty card from the basement and called them up and a technician will be coming over to my place in 2 days with the hardware to install it! Talk about convinience!
