it was tuned..i am 100% sure...first of all it sounded lyk a porsche when it went by and 2nd of all its done by mines...which is known for tuned up skylines...just lyk brabus is for mercedes...nd ac schnitzer is for bmw.

didnt know u can have right hand drive cars in north america...

you can. you probably need some special permit or something. I don't know the exact rule or requirements though. I posted a pic of a R33 skyline in the forum last year, that I saw in my university, which was right hand drive......and also, they used a right hand drive R34 skyline in the movie "2 Fast 2 Furious" which was based on Miami, Florida. You probably need to pay more tax for RHD imports in North America.

you have to pay more tax for RHD cars and also there are some restrictions as well. In the state of michigan, you can only drive it after 9pm and on to a car show in daytime.
