6.3 Liter V8 by AMG, producing 510 hp........the car will be built by partner McLaren

looks like a serious competitor of the R8........well, infact it is. they are targeting the R8 and 911 Turbo with this one.......specifically the R8 i guess. but coudn't they think of a better name? I mean P8? as soon as u hear it and see the pics, u know it's going after the R8. :blue_lol; wonder what BMW will have, to give Audi and MB an answer. they should come up with something in this category soon. i guess BMW will put up their BMW Z10 against these supercars.

thanks to GTI VR6 for introducing this site. I found the info on this car in that site. I google searched for Mercedes P8, and all the sites have old infos on this car. the concept version was actually released back in 2004 i guess....and that one looks different than this one. this is most likely to be the production model......and only motorauthority.com have the info on the production version....other sites have pics and infos of the concept version.
