Beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters, serene beaches and Mexico’s grandest port – all reminiscent of the Mexican state and the meaning behind the latest addition to the Hyundai lineup: Veracruz.
Veracruz will compete against the likes of BMW X5 and Lexus RX350. It will be sold in North America, from 2007. Domestic sales targets are 20,000 units a year, while on export markets 65,000 units are planned to be sold.
On the Korean market a 240-hp 3.0-liter V6 diesel will be offered, mated to a six-speed automatic gearbox.
