The complete brake pad set for a Lamborghini starts from $2000 and not $20,000. The site that Abdul has pointed out to sells aftermarket parts and not the original.

I know for sure that if you are willing to get the extra option of carbon ceramic brakes with your lambo, you will have to pop out around $30k.
I own a Mercedes here in States and the brake pads for this little car costs me around $1200.00 each time for all 4 wheels. But if you install non MB parts, it will be way cheaper.
