well arnab........the price u mentioned above.......that is just the 200% tax...since u r taking the car price(330k dhs) and multiplying with 2....that gives u the 200% tax.... u gotta add the 330k dhs (the price of the car) with it as well.......which comes to around 1 crore 78 lakhs, if u convert the whole thing to taka.......
btw, I don't know which Q7 u were quoting for.........but the top of the line Q7 (the 4.2 Liter Premium) starts at 60k usd in US...........and that means the vehicle would cost around 1 crore 22 lacs...... in BD
but the base one (3.6 Liter) starts from 40 k..........so that would cost around 81 lacs.
btw, all the prices i quoted are with the 200% tax..........I don't know how much it would cost with the MP Quota.........cause I'm not sure how much tax (or may be no tax) u pay, if u have the MP Quota.

arnab......no offense bro, but u r miscalculating.....
lets convert dhs to taka at the end........
so 330,000 is the price of the vehicle. now u gotta pay 200% tax on it. so (330,000 * 2) = 660,000 (which is only the 200% tax amount). With this tax amount, u gotta add the price of the actual car.......So (660,000 dhs + 330,000 dhs) = 990,000 dhs..........now convert this to taka by multiplying it with 18.......which gives u 17,820,000, and that is abt 1 crore 78 lacs.
----------------------------------
when u multiply the price of the car with 2, that just gives u the 200% tax amount.......with that, u gotta add the msrp of the car as well.
so if u wanna know a price of the car including the 200% tax rate, then u actually gotta multiply it by 3......[2 (for 200% tax) + 1 (for the price of the car)]
so lets do the calculation by converting it to taka 1st..... (330,000 dhs * 18 ) = 5,940,000 TK..........now multiply this with 3 instead of 2........and u get 17,820,000.......which gives u the price of the car + the 200% tax amount u'll be paying for it.
