see the way i look at it. person A steals your car. Person A sells your car to Person B at a very cheap rate, who uses it as a taxi and feeds his family. Police sees the car and checks the VIN # and makes a positive id that the car being used as a taxi is stolen property. Police seizes it and gives back the car to you. Is the police going to compensate Person B for his loss, no, are you going to compensate Person B, no. Corruption is like cancer it destroys everything around it even the good, to fix it there would be some innocent casualties but we should all look at the bigger picture. If BD had the money to compensate it would unfortunately the economy cannot do that at the moment.

exactly. theyre not allowed to do any of this. theyre taking things too far. but theyre typical just typical. theyre in power so theyll do whatever they want. how much more different are they really from our corrupted leaders?

1 question though. whats happening to all these ultra luxurious cars after they get confiscated? will the owner ever see it again?

till now DIT has not demolished any illegal structures. most of the plans were approved by corrupted ppl. eg: mirza abbas gave a plot to his sister which was suppose to be a park 6 years ago, which is now approved as a residential plot. i don't think the CG did a bad thing recovering it.

not they don't ..care taker govt was formed for the election by BNP and Awami League back in the 90's..
in a 'state of emeergency' CG has all the authority. if 'state of emergency' wasn't declared then things would've been different.

I think CG is doing an excellent job, so far they have not done any illegal activity. If a building was demolished and RAJUK gave approval earlier, then before breaking the building they should catch the guy who signed the approval and take accounts of his wealth and cash :) That should be a fair move.

Maybe the economy was hyper inflated , have you thought about that?
