Its not an UAE license plate, probably Bahrain, I dont know whether they sell plates there. Before such plates in UAE were given to influential people, or to those who knew people in the Licensing department....

I spot two CL 63s every other week. One belongs to Michael Carrick and the other to John O'shea of Manchester United.
