Toyota Cami & Daihatsu Terios are the same cars?!

hey,
anyone seem to notice that the daihatsu terios and the toyota cami are exactly same. and i mean exactly same. no difference. i heard they change names of car models, but changing the manufacturer??
anyone know anything abt this?

yep theyre exactly the same cars.. toyota owns a 33% stake in Daihatsu so the Terios and Cami share the same engines, body, etc..
