i think Drivetime forum is an online magazine as we speak or type. It has all the information in related categories with discussions. News are subdivided into automotive and non automotive sectors.

I guess we should have a DTD magazine in Bd....like the hard copy magazine...not the online version....i saw this magazine called "Autoline" when i went to Bd last summer. its a Bangladeshi automotive magazine....i guess we need one for Drive Time Dhaka.

Monk and Rezwan....ever thought abt it? u guys would be the editor of it. I know its a tough job, but give it a thought. and may be some other DTD members in Bd can help as well.

what do u guys think?

Maybe its not easy… but where is the problem to check it out.

If we want then we can do… but we need to go forward… we are saying this and that but doing nothing but just typing…

We need to come out with our ideas in the practical field…

good idea, still one thing we have to be serious about. we need to inject cash. once we know how much the investment would cost then we can plan it. if our founder is k with the idea e have to think of the commercial viability

The autoline mag was cool but I dunno why it closed even if it's not it's too much irrregular. I have every single issue of those I guess. Anyway it's a gud and also a bad idea. Gud because 2 few did it. Bad because too much work and indecision will take place. And maybe the forum will not be the main focus if the mag starts to get published.

well....I think the MAg idea is gr8.......I know dis 2 guys .....they were planin 4 a MAg the same way....they even went to the Shops.......both of em r frm BUET, not to mention the department............I even advertised of this site to them.......One of em was really surprised by the site...unfortunately the other guy is leavin 4 MNSU ....so the plan is f___ed up......but newayz I think A MAg can really get us sum profitz......I mean whoever invest sum.........heard those two guys managed a couple of sponsors only by goin to the big aftermarket stores........So It shud b given a thought at least........n it wud b way better than the AUTOLINE if all goes good......I mean cmon guyz.......this site itself is already a landmark......even if we juss publish the articles we have in the site it wud make a hell of a sell...........but its true we need a very good team.......

I really think that Drivetimedhaka.com needs a magazine version the most difficult is to have enough money to start it.If we do that we replace Autoline.
What do you think Rezwan or Monk? :D

First, are there enough people for circulation?
Secondly, if its like this forum, most of the discussions in this forum are basically copied from reputable sources, same with pictures. Probably copyright will no be a big deal in Bangladesh. But lets say a article is ran about some car, will it be test driven/analyzed by the real authors or just borrowed from other sources. Same goes with pictures or just any statics based on performance.

well, if we put articles abt lamos and ferraris........then its definitely not possible for the authors to actually test drive the cars......even if we put articles on the cars that are available in BD..we'll still have to put articles and specs from other sources.....cause i don't think anyone of us are professional test drivers....so the dealers in BD won't allow us to test drive benzs and bimmers for our magazine article..
