hi, i dunno much abt turbos, but I heard there is a turbocharged engine for my mark II. Sourcing and installing it is a big hassle, any chance that the stock non-turbo engine can be turboed wid a custom charger? Is it possible in bd? what abt the branded turbos like Greddy, HKS, etc... how do I know which 1 can fit my car? any ideas.... :help:

instead of getting a turbo charger then fitting it to your car you can import a engine from japan its basically a chaser trd engine but is awesome with twin turbo

Keep in mind that you'd need the engine, transmission, ecu, and the complete wiring harness. If you want to take up the manual route, you'd need the clutch assembly, clutch plate, flywheel, pressure plate, release bearing etc. The interior assembly. Make a budget accordingly. Take quotes from a couple of people. Make sure that the engine they import for you, the turbos have no shaft play or oil leaks. Good luck!
